I joined Panasonic Malaysia since I graduated 7 years ago as a trainee Battery division. I was then transferred to Sales dealing with the international chain store such as Carrefour and Tesco and was later assigned marketing department handling product. Currently I am assigned to handle the Home Appliances as a Team Leader. In my current role, I was given great opportunities to gain regional exposure where I worked very closely with counterparts from Japan, Thailand and Indonesia. Being in touch with international business is exciting and Panasonic’s reputation certainly opens doors.

My job at Panasonic gives me a sense of ownership of what I do and brings out the best in me. Here, we are given opportunities to express our ideas and comments and we are given many opportunities to execute our ideas into reality. I love the working environment here with lots of potential to learn and grow and I see good career opportunities in the organisation as well.
